A full health check-up is one of the easiest medical services to combine with a Thailand trip. It takes a morning, and Bangkok's hospitals sell fixed-price packages you can book online.

From Bumrungrad International Hospital, prices valid until 31 December 2026. The Executive Program includes a physical exam, blood chemistry, hepatitis screening, ECG, chest X-ray and abdominal ultrasound, and takes about 3–4 hours. Higher tiers add tumour markers, thyroid tests, extra imaging and, in some cases, an exercise stress test.

How it works on the day
- Book the package online or by email with the hospital's international team.
- Fast from the night before if the package includes blood tests (the hospital will confirm).
- Arrive early; most packages run through one floor in a fixed order.
- Ask in advance whether a doctor reviews your results before you leave, or when the full report will be ready.
- Ask for a printed or digital report in English to share with your doctor at home.
